Will you work with my estate attorney? Of course! We have worked with hundreds of people in the estate process and it is one of our specialities. We are even able to contract to purchase your home while you are waiting for the estate process to be complete.
How do you determine the value of my house? Just as real estate professionals and appraisals are able to assign values to properties, we try to look at similair houses in your area which have been sold recently. Based on the information we use, we are able to determine a fair value for your house.
What if my house needs repairs? We will buy your house as-is, which means you don't need to do any repairs. Even if your property has Health Department violations or could not go through the regular appraisal process, we can still buy your house as-is.
Do you deal in higher priced properties? Yes, we can work with anyone with a property any price range.
How does the process work once I have contacted you? When you contact us, we typically try to figure out if your house is a fit for us. When we schedule a visit with you, we will need about 15 minutes to look at the house. At that time we will discuss your needs and how much we can pay for your property. If we can come to an agreement, we will use a state approved contract and begin to help you coordinate your move. Everything else is up to you; when we close and what you want to leave behind. What do you charge for your services? Vision never charges a fee to buy your home.
